Tell us what happened
Include your macOS version, your stackof20 version, what you were trying to do, and any error text. Please leave out private email content, recipient addresses, attachments, passwords, and verification codes. Redact any screenshots before sharing them.
A reply waiting for confirmation?
Check Apple Mail’s Sent and Outbox mailboxes before trying to send again. If stackof20 offers Check Sent, use it to check the existing attempt. If sending is confirmed but archiving is unfinished, Archive Original Only files the original without sending again. Read about reply states, or contact us if the status remains unclear.
Mail still downloading on another Mac?
Let Apple Mail finish downloading the matching account, then let stackof20 finish its iCloud sync. Check your selected account and Inbox before refreshing remaining messages. See the handoff checklist.
Your data stays yours
We cannot inspect your inbox or access your private iCloud records through Apple’s developer portal. We can help you understand the app’s local storage and sync settings. Only information you choose to include in your support email is sent to us.
